I am an applied economist drawing on insights and methods from behavioral and experimental economics to address key questions in microeconomics, management, and environmental economics. My research seeks to deepen our understanding of the behavioral foundations of human decision-making. I study how economic and psychological factors interact to shape individual and collective behavior. This includes studying how people cooperate or compete, how trust, inequality, and social norms influence actions, and how institutions and incentives affect pro- and anti-social behaviors. By uncovcering these mechanisms, my work informs the design of organizational practices and policy instruments that foaster efficiency, sustainability and lasting behavioral change. I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Economics at the University of Cologne. I am also an associate member of the Cluster of Excellence ECONtribute, a research affiliate at the CESifo Network, and a research fellow at the Centre for Decision Research and Experimental Economics (CeDEx) and the Center for Social and Economic Behavior (C-SEB).
